We got to the field Saturday morning, bright and early, not knowing what to expect. But, it turned out to be a wonderful day! It was foggy and balloons were not going up, which gave us the chance to practice putting the balloon up, and also to take it down. We were also introduced to the pilot, Koen; and the copilot, Patrick; and several other crew members. Throughout the week we met Christy and Toni who live here in Albuquerque. Chuck and Joanna are from Florida, but are traveling the US in their van. Scott is from California. There were also Evans and Angelina and Miss Ella, April and three young teens, Jackie and David - also from California.
